In general, we recommend the WEB UPLOAD service for first time users, users who wish to share photos online with family and friends, and those using a public internet terminal. The web upload service can be used from any PC that has an internet connection and access to your digital image files. A plug-in may be required depending on your browser version.
For home users and those with slow internet connections, the PRINT WIZARD is often the best solution. The print wizard is an application that gets installed on your computer. It allows you to assemble an order over time, and has extended features that allow you to zoom, crop and rotate photos before sending the order. Also, the print wizard optimized order upload time by only transmitting the photo resolution needed for your selected print size (i.e. - there is no need to upload a full 6 megapixel image in order to print a wallet sized print.)
Professional Photographers, technically advanced users or individuals transferring particularly large files may prefer to FTP their images directly to our FTP Server. Direct FTP Access can provide faster upload times and better transfer stability. Orders are processed by copying your image folder to our server, then calling or e-mailing us with instructions regarding print size, # of copies, shipping and payment information.
